These questions look great Katie! I think that we need to nail down where and exactly how to distribute the questionnaires. I will check with Canyons School District, and see how they feel about handing out the survey to parents, and if we can set-up a focus group at one of their schools. After talking with Carrie at PCAU, this sounds like what she needs most, in order to best serve the schools, and to best fulfill the requirement for HB 286, which needs to be implemented by the 2016 school year. We have also discussed handing out the surveys at Laurel and Katie's practicums. - Diana
